The Hewlett Packard Inc. campus consists of two buildings with 9 floors with 380,000 square feet featuring a full-service cafe, fitness center, structured parking and modern interior finishes with exposed ceilings. HPI is the first LEED v4 Gold Certified project in Houston and only one of five LEED v4 certified interiors in the state of Texas, being powered 100% by renewable energy. i.e.Smart Systems offered creative technology designs which allowed for quality input in this fast-paced environment. Our design-assist capabilities allowed the flexibility and oversight to recommend enhancements throughout the project. Interacting with the design team during the build process in real-time was a key attribute in allowing i.e.Smart Systems to cut the time in half!
