Harvey Builders<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> ARCHITECT: PDR<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> TIMEFRAME: 5-months (50k hours), 0 Accidents<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul> The Hewlett Packard Inc. campus consists of two buildings with 9 floors with 380,000 square feet featuring a full-service cafe, fitness center, structured parking and modern interior finishes with exposed ceilings. HPI is the first LEED v4 Gold Certified<\/strong><\/em> project in Houston and only one of five LEED v4 certified interiors in the state of Texas, being powered 100% by renewable energy. i.e.Smart Systems offered creative technology designs which allowed for quality input in this fast-paced environment. Our design-assist capabilities allowed the flexibility and oversight to recommend enhancements throughout the project.
